Free shipping on UK orders.
Orders to some remote areas (including Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc.) may incur additional postage. If you are unsure, please contact us (support@birtechbikes.com) with the postal code, and we will reply within 24 hours. 

Delivery Time

- Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
- Generally, orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery to remote areas may be delayed, with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days.

Carriers

All shipments are made using standard shipping services. Our primary carriers are Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD, and Hermes.

Damages During Transit

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged during transit. If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at support@birtechbikes.com within 3 business days after receiving your shipment. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Shipping Address Verification

Please verify that you have the correct shipping address on your order prior to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if product didn’t meet your expectation nor placed a wrong order after order has been shipped out.

When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, we ensure that your order will be processed as quickly as possible when conditions permit.
